The Fit Dimension was created in 1999 by Anthony Nissen, originally as a small personal training business. It has grown significantly since then and along with Anthony's partner Bernie, who also runs her own business Fitchick, they now have approximately 120+ members, 3 gym instructors, 8 personal trainers, a thriving Kick N' Box studio and their internet business Fitonline. The philosophy behind each business is to help our members and clients in every way possible where nothing is ever too much trouble. We focus not just on the fitness aspects, but also on the very important and often overlooked motivational aspects of training and the benefits it can have on your health and your life. Anthony is also very passionate about educating people in these areas and is currently speaking to a wide variety of groups and businesses in the Adelaide area and through Fitonline.
